Their concha's are the best, they're always fluffy and the sugar on top is so flavorful, not dry like the ones at the supermarket. I like the yellow ones with the thicker sugar coating the most. Their other pan dulce is just as delicious. Stepping into this Panaderia really takes me back as I walked into a Panaderia in Mexico as a kid. The workers are always nice. They also have various selections of desserts and even tortas de jamón, el Chavo would probably go crazy for these! I almost bought a Rosca de Reyes from Superior but was discouraged after seeing it had maraschino cherries as a topping instead of the traditional figs. This was the first time I purchased a Rosca from this place and was left impressed by the quality of the pastry. The fig is actually a jam inside the rosca keeping the baby Jesus some company lol. Just like the rest of their bread, this Rosca was fluffy, and full of flavor. By far this is my favorite Panaderia in all of OC. It may not be a well branded name like 85° or Porto's but you can truly taste the love and dedication that is put into the food they make. Note: This place take CASH ONLY.

I actually googled "top concha in orange county" and this came up on one of the lists. It was also the closest one to me in relation to South Orange County. I arrived early in the morning probably around 7:30 AM, there was a small line out front and everyone was socially distancing. Masks are required to enter and it is cash only. The person behind the counter will hand you a tray and tongs to grab bread directly off of the baking trays. However I don't believe that these are being disinfected or clean between uses as they just were on the counter from the last customer. I did not see them come from a clean location. Despite that, I chose a couple breads including conchas. The cashier carefully placed them in a bag and I paid for my items and left. It seems like a lot of regulars are visiting this location and getting morning bread and coffee. It's about as legit as it gets. The items were freshly prepared the Concha were still slightly warm. I would definitely come back.

This is some of the best bread in oc! The bread is super fresh and tasty! The tres leches is a must try! make sure you bring cash.

Bets Mexican bread in town. As if you where in Mexico, same taste and original. I have compared with others since I am very particular about flavor

So we walked in and there were Baker's baking in the back and I said hi in Spanish. I'm not sure if I was acknowledged but I went about grabbing my Pan De Dulce favorites and once I was ready a man came out and charged me for my bread and I went about my life. The pan de Dulce was alright, I'm not running home to mother about it. But it hit the spot. Overall I got what I needed and that's all that mattered to me today

I have been coming here since 2010. This is the best panadería as the name says it la mejor. The conchas are very appetizing, especially the chocolate ones. As you bite into the soft bread, your taste buds will feel like if they were in heaven. The sweet taste will make you feel at home. La chocolate Abuelita is the best homemade drink, for when it's cold outside. This is authentic Mexican sweet bread. Los bolillos de jalapeño y crema de queso son muy deliciosos y hace agua a la boca. Definitivamente, recomiendo esta pastelería/panadería.
